Two of the three Summit Super Series final rounds at Carolina Dragway’s D2 East Summit Team Finals featured Ware Shoals and Bradenton racers. Unfortunately for Team Bradenton, they came out on the short end of both races. Ware Shoals Mod ET driver Mike Johnson and Ware Shoals Junior racer Samantha Hollingstowth are advancing on to the Summit Super Series World Championships. Johnson defeated Bradenton racer Many Sousa and Hollingsworth defeated Johnny Brannen from team Bradenton.
In Top ET John Rougas from Green Cove took the win over Darlington racer Steve Hilburn. Rougas will also advance to the Summit Super Series World Championship in Memphis on October 9-10.
