App works great. I was actually using an older version and it never nagged me, BUT IT STILL WORKED. That's what's important. Hate when updates make an app not work. Summit doesn't do that, apparently. It's awesome. I came to type a review and noticed there was an update. I've been using this for years and it's never had a single glitch.

Overall Decent. I Would like to see more cross-referencing of compatible parts. More promotions would be awesome. Maybe throw in some of the small things we all need. Also it would be nice to have a line of credit available for large purchases like whole engines....

Not sure which one is worse. The app or customer service. The young girls they have hired, don't really care whether or not you buy or not from them. They don't listen to you very well and certainly don't understand what you're looking for. Bad experiences all the way around with the app. It glitches sometimes. Not always correct with the info and doesn't give the extra information needed when specific parts are needed.
