Coastal Plains And Tucson Dragway Place Racers In All Three Categories Of The Summit Super Series World Championships

Congratulations are in order for Ronnie Humphrey and the Coastal Plains Dragway family as well as Jim Hughes and the Tucson Dragway family.  The two tracks pulled off a seemingly impossible feat.  Those tracks have racers in each of the three classes racing for the Summit Super Series World Championships at the IHRA World Finals in Memphis this weekend.

Neil Smith (Top), Tommy Duff (Mod) and Tyler Duff (Junior) will be representing Coastal Plains in Memphis while Cindy Hawk (Top), Matt Hawk (Mod) and Hunter Jones (Junior) will be trying to bring the championships home to Tucson Dragway.

Nine other tracks doubled up by having two members of their teams that qualified for the Summit World Finals including Big Country Raceway, Bradenton Motorsports Park, Grand Bend Motorplex, Natural Bridge Dragstrip, Northern Lights Raceway, San Antonio Raceway, Skyview Drags, US 131 Motorsports Park and Ware Shoals Dragway.
