IHRA Ticket Exchange Policy
We at IHRA will make every attempt to produce an exciting show for our fans. From
time to time the show is affected by weather. If the show is affected by weather our
standard policy for ticket exchanges is outlined below:

TIME TRIALS:
There will be no compensation regardless of weather conditions.

QUALIFYING (typically run on Friday and Saturday).
If Professional qualifying is rained out, customer is entitled to 100% credit on that day's
ticket. Following the completion of one round of Professional qualifying there will be no
compensation.

ELIMINATIONS (Typically run on Sunday)
In case of a total rainout the customer is entitled to a 100% credit on that day's ticket.
Following the completion of one round of Professional eliminations the customer will be
entitled to a 50% credit.

Following the completion of two rounds of Professional eliminations there will be no
compensation.

If customer can not attend the rescheduled event, the ticket holder must retain the
tickets for use toward the ticket purchase of next year’s event. Customer is responsible
for any difference due to price increase, account fees etc.

All sales are final. No refunds. IHRA is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Credentials will not be honored.
